Numerosissimi rimandi con indicazione di Chiese, Parrocchie, Stabilimenti pubblici, Luoghi militari e Caserme. . Ottimo stato di conservazione. E' una ripresa aggiornata della iconografia ideata dall'Ughi nel 1729: di questa ne ricalca i rimandi e il fitto reticolo segnato con numeri da 1 a 17 ai lati, e con lettere dalla A alla Z sul piano orizzontale. In basso a destra la scala metrica in passi veneti e l'indice di orientamento. Sulla pianta compaiono il Ponte translagunare inaugurato nel 1846 e tutta l'area destinata alla Stazione ferroviaria, anche se rappresentata ancora priva di edifici.
