Tall 8vo, in the publisher's original decorated cloth featuring an all-over full colour illustration wrapping around both covers and the spine, the spine features a red label simulating morocco, gilt lettered and decorated, in the original clear acetate dustjacket. [vi], 302, [1] pp. A fine copy but for a little general mellowing in a mildly toned but complete acetate jacket. The book shows virtually no wear, which is uncommon for such a popular children's edition.
