A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 64pp. An excellent concise study of Chinese dining and the cooking methods used to produce their economical, nutritious, handsome to behold and usually, low in caloies meals. Includes an introduction to Cantonese dining by EJ Ersek. Very scarce in the UK.
