EDITION LIMITED TO 750 NUMBERED COPIES (this copy no. 426). Hiqh quality reissue, with much additional matter, of the original edition of 1872. New material includes 'Fly-tying Notes' by Henrik Strandgaard, a biographical note, 'The Spey Flies and Hardy's Catalogue' by J. L. Hardy and two superb colour plates of the sixteen Spey flies described in the book tied by Strandgaard and specially photographed for this edition
