8vo., First Edition, with plates and charts (a number folding); blue cloth, upper board and backstrip blocked and lettered in gilt, covers mildly faded else a good, bright, clean copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter lightly age-soiled and chipped with minor loss at head and tail of backstrip. Thus copy was formerly in the library of the Explosives Research and Development Establishment at Waltham Abbey, Essex, and bears its stamps on free endpapers, title and plate margins.
