Insgesamt guter Zustand. - Leather-bound with gilt title and decoration on spine, and the gilt coat of arms of Bishop's Stortford High School in Hertfordshire on the cover. Binding with signs of wear, pages slightly yellowed. A High School certificate on front pastedown. All in all a good condition.

Bei der Urkunde und dem Buch handelt es sich um eine Auszeichnung für Altphilologie in der 2. Klasse des Herbstsemesters 1873, unterzeichnet vom Direktor Goodman, Doktor der Theologie. - With 5 steel engravings, one of them as frontispiece. The mentioned certificate (and the book) is a prize for Classics in 2nd class of Michaelmas Term 1873, signed by Headmaster Goodman, D.D.
