Apart from few inscriptions in Sabaic, due to the political relations with Saba?, those texts are mainly written in the local Minaic language. The glossary of this epigraphic corpus, consisting of a lexicon of attested words and a list of the proper names with cultural-historical commentary, provides a comprehensive overview of the Minaic language in its earliest phase. La documentazione testuale delle cinque città-stato che fiorirono nella regione del Jawf (Yemen) agli albori della civiltà sudarabica, fra l'VIII e il VII secolo a.C., è costituita da circa trecento iscrizioni. A parte alcuni esemplari in lingua sabea, testimonianza delle relazioni politiche con Saba?, queste iscrizioni sono redatte nella locale lingua minea. Il glossario tematico di questo corpus epigrafico, composto da un lessico delle parole attestate e da un elenco dei nomi propri con commento storico-culturale, fornisce una panoramica della lingua minea nella sua fase più antica.
