Sm. 4to., with photographs and a pedigree in the text; original printed wrappers, wire-stitched as issued, a near fine copy. Reprinted from 'Maltese Cross', the staff magazine of Lloyd's Register of Shipping. A brief illustrated history of this fine late medieval church, the burial place of Samuel Pepys. It escaped the Great Fire only to suffer severe damage during the Blitz and was carefully restored during the 1950s and 60s.
