4to, 19pp., followed by 3 facsimile plates each accompanied by transcription on opposite page, presentation inscription from the author to Sir Edward Maunde Thompson, lacks printed wrapper, spine strengthened with brown paper. Sir Edward has excised part of plate 4 to illustrate it in his ëIntroduction to Greek and Latin Palaeography, 1912í (see facsimile 131 p.366).
