With the errata slip, and an obituary of the author from 'The Times' (25 October 1904) loosely inserted. EDITION LIMITED TO 200 NUMBERED COPIES (THIS COPY NO. 122). The Large Paper copies include 4 plates not present in the ordinary edition.
