Descrizione

DJ browned, especially on DJ spine and 1" loss to DJ top spine. Boards with light rubbing to extremities and a few faint spots from the slightest dampstaining. ; At first glance, Key West would seem a strange choice for a guide, but given its strategic importance to the US during WWII, it was no longer seen as a winter playground. Still, from the descriptions of daily life, it does seem to have more of a laid-back tropical flavor than one might think. Turquoise boards with white letterings - one of the two variants of bindings for the 1st edition with no priority established. Including the breathtaking photogravures. Schoyer 144. ; B&W Photographs; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 122 pages
